城区老年人健康保健需求研究

The Research on the Health Care Needs of Older Persons in Urban Areas

目的探讨城区老年人健康保健需求现状并进行需求分析,为满足老年群体养老需求,构建完善养老制度提供参考依据。方法采用自设问卷对武汉市7个中心城区301位老年人进行问卷调查并分析。结果定期体检(71.3%)和健康咨询(60.3%)为老年人健康保健主要需求项目,52.8%的老人希望通过社区卫生服务机构获得健康保健服务。结论社区居家养老是满足老年群体健康保健需求的可行选择,社区卫生服务中心应根据老年人的健康保健需求进一步加强服务与队伍建设,完善社区医疗卫生服务保障机制。

Objective The research mainly discuss and analysis the current situation of care needs of older persons in urban areas to provide the reference with meeting the needs of the elderly pension and building a sound pension system.Methods The questionnair survey was carried on to investigate the 301 elderly people who are living in the seven districts of Wu Han.ResultsResults of the investigate showed that periodic physical examination(71.3%) and health consultation(60.3%) are main needed project for elderly people in health care.The percentage of elderly people who wants to get health care serving by community health service institution accounts for 52.8%.Conclusion Family-Care in Communities is a viable option to meet the health care needs of older age groups and based on the health care needs of older persons,community health service centers need to further strengthen the service and team – building and perfect the safeguard mechanism of community health service.
