武汉市城区老年健康服务需求的影响因素调查

The Influence Factors' Research of Urban Elderly Health Services Demand

目的探讨城市社区老年人的健康服务需求影响因素。方法采用问卷调查的方法对武汉市老年人进行问卷调查,并用统计分析方法分析调查数据。结果通过对数据进行统计学分析,影响城区老年人选择社区健康服务中心的因素主要有就诊单位的信誉、就诊单位的医疗设备配置以及自觉健康状况、慢性病的患病情况等因素。结论社区健康服务中心应该根据老年人的健康服务需求进一步加强健康服务建设,使服务更加系统化、规范化。

Objectives To explore the influential factors of urban community health services demand.Methods This research adopted the method of questionnaire analysis and literature analysis method,and statistical analysis methods to analyze research data.Results By using statistical analysis,we found that the reputation of the department,clinic medical equipment configuration,self-conscious health condition,and the prevalence of chronic diseases' P value is less than 0.05.These factors in influencing the choice of the elderly in community health service center are significant.Conclusion Community health service centers should strengthen the construction of health service and make services more systematically and standardized according to the elderly health service needs.
