摘要 目的为医疗设备总线通信系统故障机理不明晰,维修检测方法单一、效率低等问题提供解决方法。方法构建CAN总线网络主动与被动相结合的数据测试方法,利用数据解析和数据库管理技术开发针对医疗设备通信系统的实时监测与故障诊断系统。结果基于LabWindows/CVI软件环境,实现了针对医疗设备通信系统的测试系统的开发,并通过了模拟搭建的数字化手术室医疗设备集中控制系统的实际测试。结论测试方法对于医疗设备实时监测与故障诊断有效,且对于测试系统后期的实际应用具有指导作用。 Objective To get a way in solving the problem of unclear fault mechanism,simple and inefficient maintenance inspection methods for medical equipments' bus communication system.Methods Building an online combining active and passive testing method,using data analysis technology and database management technology,to develop the corresponding test system.Results Based on the software environment of Lab Windows/CVI,it realizes the developing of the test system and passes the testing of centralized control system digital operating room's medical equipments which is built imitatively.Conclusions the test methods are effective to the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis for medical equipments,and have guidance meaning for the test system's practical application in latter.
