摘要
本文提出了智慧健康系统评估的概念,并从智慧健康系统评估理论角度出发,讨论了智慧健康系统评估的理论基础、内涵界定、评估路径和评估结果。最终提出智慧健康系统评估体系的构建应该从微观和宏观两个角度进行考虑,构建多维的评估体系和多方参与的评估机制。
The paper puts forward the concept of smart health system appraisal,and from the perspective of the smart health system appraisal theory,it discusses the theoretical basis,the connotation of definition,the appraisal path and result of the smart health system appraisal.Finally it is put forward that building the smart health appraisal system should be considered from the perspectives of macro and micro two,construct a multi-dimensional appraisal system and a multi-participation appraisal mechanism.
