Research of Chronic Diseases Management Based on the Mobile Health Technology

近年来慢性疾病已成为我国重大的公共卫生问题,为对新型慢病管理模式进行探究,本文首先解读了移动健康技术,阐述了国内慢病管理现状,并构建了慢病患者依从性影响因素模型,在此基础上探索了移动健康具体技术在慢病管理领域的创新应用,指出其在慢病管理领域的广阔前景。

Chronic diseases has become a major public health problem in China recent years and in order to explore the new mode of chronic diseases management,this study firstly explained the technology of mobile health and then expounded the status of domestic chronic diseases management and built the model of influence factors of compliance in patients with chronic diseases.On the basis of the model,this paper finally explore the innovative application of mobile health technology in the field of chronic diseases management and pointed out its prospects in this field.
