摘要
目的为实现不同级别医疗机构信息共享,建立区域性医疗卫生信息平台。方法根据业务需求,建立基于ABC路径的分级诊疗服务技术架构、业务架构和分级诊疗服务模式。构建业务系统,实现公共卫生、基本医疗、医保三大系统在不同级别、不同类别医疗机构之间的信息共享。结果构建流程规范的分级诊疗业务系统,优化医疗机构的就诊流程,引导患者合理有序流动。结论系统实施实现卫生资源的合理有序利用,实现促进跨地域、跨机构就诊信息共享,控制医疗费用不合理增长,推进医改的政策落实。
Objective To achieve the goals of information sharing among all levels of medical institutions and establish regional medical information platform.Methods According to the requirements of the business,the service mode,technology architecture and business framework for hierarchical medical system based on ABC pathway were built.Build business system,implementing public health,basic health service and insurance on information sharing on different levels and different types of medical institutions.Results A standard procedure of hierarchical medical system has been constructed and medical consultation flows in medical facilities have been improved,which provide a guidance to ensure a proper and orderly movement of patients.Conclusion The system implementation promotes resources utilization reasonably and orderly and realizes medical consultation information sharing that is cross-regional and cross-organizational.Meanwhile,it controls the irrational increase of medical expenses and pushes on the implementation of healthcare policy.
