摘要
目的探索针对维持性血液透析患者采用高通量血液透析对其皮肤瘙痒与钙磷代谢情况造成的影响。方法收集本科室2016年1月-2016年12月间接收的行维持性血液透析治疗的80例患者,随机分成2组:参考组共40例,取低通量血液透析方案进行治疗;实验组共40例,取高通量血液透析方案进行治疗。详细观察治疗前与治疗后2组患者的尿素氮、血肌酐、PTH、血钙及血磷等临床指标水平变化,并评估患者的皮肤瘙痒程度变化。结果实验组患者治疗后的PTH及血磷等指标水平均较治疗前及参考组同期显著更低(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的总有效率较参考组显著更高,皮肤瘙痒评分显著更低(P<0.05)。结论针对维持性血液透析患者采用高通量血液透析有助于改善钙磷代谢紊乱,减轻皮肤瘙痒,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the influence of high flux hemodialysis on the skin pruritus caused by calcium and phosphorus metabolism in hemodialysis patients.Methods Collected 80 cases of undergraduate room January 2016-2016 year in December received for maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:group a total of 40 cases,low flux hemodialysis treatment;the experimental group were 40 cases,high flux hemodialysis treatment.With urea nitrogen,observed before and after treatment in 2 groups of patients with serum creatinine,PTH,changes of clinical indicators of the level of calcium and phosphorus,and to assess the extent of skin itching changes of patients.Results The experimental group patients after the PTH and serum phosphorus levels were lower than before treatment and reference group significantly lower(P< 0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group after the treatment group was significantly higher than the reference,the skin pruritus score was significantly lower(P<0.05) conclusion.Conclusion The use of high flux hemodialysis in maintenance hemodialysis patients is helpful to improve the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus,reduce skin itching,it is worth learning from
