心电图评价儿童过敏性紫癜并发心肌损害的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis on Electrocardiogram Evaluating Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura Complicated with Myocardial Damage

目的探究在儿童过敏性紫癜并发心肌损害评价过程中,使用心电图的临床价值。方法针对85例过敏性紫癜合并心肌损害患者采用心电图评价,同时归为观察组,针对另外85例非过敏性紫癜患者采用心电图评价,并归为对照组,两组患者均为我院2013年9月到2016年10月间收治。结果心肌损伤标志物检测指标发现,两组患者均存在明显差异,其中LDH、CK-MB、cT-nI、CK、hs-CRP均为观察组患者明显较高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者85例均顺利进行心电图检查,63例患者心电图出现改变,患者心电图的变化在患者发病后均会伴随存在。结论心电图评价儿童过敏性紫癜并发心肌损害的临床价值分析发现,其能够较为准确的反应患者临床病情,对于患者的情况判断具有指导意义,因此值得临床借鉴。

Objective to investigate clinical value of electrocardiogram(ECG) in evaluation of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP) and myocardial damage. Methods evaluate ECG of 85 cases children with Henoch Schonlein purpura(HSP) and myocardial damage, included as observation group, and 85 cases children with non allergic HSP, included as control group, both groups were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2013. Results myocardial injury marker detective indicators showed significant difference between two groups, LDH, CK-MB, cT-nI, CK and hs-CRP of observation group was significantly higher, difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05). ECG dectecion of 85 cases in observation group showed 63 cases ECG changes, which accompanied after ocurrence of disease. Conclusion clinical value analysis of ECG in evaluation of HSP children complicated with myocardial damage showed it could reflect clinical condition of patients accurately, had guiding significance for judging patient's disease, which is worthy of clinical reference.
