社区老年糖尿病患者健康管理体验的质性研究

Qualitative Study on Experience of Health Management Experience of Community Diabetes Elderly Patients

目的探索社区老年糖尿病患者的健康管理体验。方法采用半结构式访谈对沈阳市4家社区卫生服务中心共12名老年糖尿病患者应用Colaizzi现象学研究法分析资料。结果社区老年糖尿病患者的健康管理体验归纳为:冲突、适应和欣慰3个相关概念。结论了解老年糖尿病患者的社区健康管理体验有助于促进社区卫生服务中心完善自身,探索多元化的健康管理模式,以提升老年糖尿病患者健康管理质量。

Objective To explore health management experience of community elderly diabetes patients. Methods analyze data of 12 elderly diabetes patients from 4 community health service centers in Shenyang by Colaizzi phenomenological research method through semi structured interview. Results health management experience of community elderly diabetes patients could be concluded as following related concepts: conflict, adaptation and comfort.Conclusion understanding community health management experience of diabetes elderly patients, is helpful to improve community health service center, explore diversified health management mode, to improve health management quality of elderly diabetes patients.
