探讨优质护理干预对支气管哮喘疾病控制效果的影响

目的探讨优质护理干预对支气管哮喘疾病控制效果的影响。方法我院选取2016年1月-2016年10月所收治的93例支气管哮喘患者作为本次研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,观察组患者46例,对照组患者47例。对照组患者实施常规的临床护理措施,而观察组患者则在对照组的基础上实施优质护理措施,对比两组患者的治疗有效率和患者满意度。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,并且观察组患者的患者满意度也显著高于对照组。结论对支气管哮喘疾病患者实施优质护理措施能够有效的提高患者的治疗效果,并且还能够显著提高患者的护理满意度,在临床上具有极大的推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of bronchial asthma disease control effect. Methods 93 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2016 were as the research object, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 patients in the observation group, 47 cases of the control group. The implementation of the control group with routine clinical nursing measures, while patients in the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of high quality nursing measures, compared two groups of patients with the effective rate of treatment and patient satisfaction. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the patients in the treatment group, and the observation group were the patients' satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing measures on patients with bronchial asthma disease can effectively improve the patient's treatment effect, and can significantly improve nursing satisfaction of patients, has great promotion value in clinic.
