后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定术治疗退变性脊柱侧弯的临床效果研究

Study on Clinical Effect of rod Fixation in the Treatment of Degenerative Scoliosis with Posterior Pedicle Screw

目的了解退变性脊柱侧弯有临床症状患者采用后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定手术治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取于2013年1月-2016年4月期间收治36例确诊为退变性脊柱侧弯患者相关基线资料作为本次分析数据来源,所有患者均接受后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定术治疗,对其临床资料回顾性分析后归纳该治疗措施对于此类疾病患者病情改善的临床疗效。结果分别对患者术前、术后1周以及术后3个月腰椎前凸角度、Cobb角度进行检测,提示比较于术前上述两者均有显著改善,前后统计学软件处理,P<0.05;于治疗前后对患者用日本骨科协会评分法(JOA)、Oswestry功能障碍指数调查问卷(ODI)等进行评估,提示经治疗后患者上述评分均有明显改善,统计学软件处理,P<0.05;结论退变性脊柱侧弯症状患者采用后路椎弓根钉棒系统内固定术进行治疗,不仅可有效改善相关临床症状,同时安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of posterior pedicle screw system fixation in the treatment of patients with degenerative scoliosis. Methods From January 2013-April 2016 36 cases related to baseline data of degenerative scoliosis patients as the analysis of the source of the data, all patients underwent rod fixation in the treatment of posterior pedicle screw, the retrospective analysis of the clinical data after the return satisfied the treatment to improve the condition of patients with this disease clinical curative effect the. Results Patients were examined preoperatively and 1 weeks and 3 months after the operation of lumbar lordosis angle, Cobb angle, suggesting that compared to preoperative both improved significantly before and after statistical treatment before and after treatment of P<0.05; score by the Japan Association for Department of orthopedics patients(JOA), Oswestry disability index survey the questionnaire(ODI) were evaluated by the patients, suggesting that the scores were significantly improved after treatment, statistical software P<0.05; Conclusion Symptoms of patients with degenerative scoliosis with posterior pedicle screw system internal fixation for treatment, not only can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and high safety, is worthy of promotion.
