Analysis of the Application value of Statistical Information in Hospital Management

目的探讨在医院管理中使用统计信息的方法及其应用价值。方法回顾性收集我院在管理中,统计信息实施前后的效果。观察统计信息在医院管理中的应用价值。结果通过本次研究显示,在实施了统计信息管理后,医院员工满意程度有明显提升,差错发生率有明显降低,相比统计信息实施前差异显著(P<0.05)。结论医院在管理过程中,通过应用统计信息管理的手段,能够更好地对其工作情况进行管理,从而提升医院管理水平,改善其工作质量。

Objective: To explore the method of using statistical information in hospital management and its application value. Methods The effect of the statistical information before and after the implementation of the statistical information was collected retrospectively. The application value of statistical information in hospital management. Results The study showed that, in the implementation of statistical information management, hospital employee satisfaction has improved significantly, the error rate is significantly reduced compared to the statistical information before the implementation of significant differences(P<0.05). ConclusionThrough the application of statistical information management, the hospital can better manage its work situation, so as to improve the management level and improve the quality of the hospital.
