血脂生化检验中采用分级检验方法的检验效果

The Effect of Grading Test in Blood Lipid Biochemistry Test

目的了解分级检验方法在血脂生化检验当中的具体操作方法以及对检验的影响效果。方法本次检验研究资料主要纳入本院于2016年期间抽取的血脂生化样本100份,对样本用随机抽样分配的方式分为每组50份对照组(传统拉网式检验操作方式)和每组50份观察组(分级检验方法操作方式)。回顾性分析后归纳不同检验方法的结果差异情况。结果主要测试对比以下指标三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B以及脂蛋白a[LP(a)]等,其中观察组样本检验中提示,LDL、载脂蛋白AI、载脂蛋白B、LP(a)等指标阳性率显著高于对照组样本,经统计学软件处理提示两者存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论血脂生化检验过程中有效的应用分级检验方法能够更进一步的保障检验结果的准确度,相对于传统常用拉网式检验方式经济性价比更高,减轻了医院和患者的经济负担,有利于医生更好的了解患者病情状态,值得重视。

Objective To understand the specific operation method of grading test in blood lipid biochemical test and its influence on the test.Methods The test research mainly incorporated into the the hospital in 2016 during extraction of lipid biochemical samples 100,the sample by way of random sampling distribution each 50 samples were divided into control group and observation group.After retrospective analysis,the results of different test methods were summarized.Results Mainly tests the following indicators triglyceride glycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),apo AI, apo B and lipoprotein a[LP(a)], and so on the observation group in sample test revealed that LDL,apo AI, apo B and LP(a), etc.indicators of positive rate was significantly higher than that of the control group sample,the statistical software processing suggests that the two are different(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipid biochemical test in the process of application of grading test method can further ensure the inspection results of accuracy,worthy of attention.
