彩超技术应用于妇科盆腔肿瘤诊断中的应用分析

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Gynecological Pelvic Tumors

目的针对妇科盆腔肿瘤患者采用彩超进行诊断的实际效果进行分析。方法在本院于2016年1月至2017年1月内所接收的妇科盆腔肿瘤患者中任选87例,分别给予彩超检测以及常规CT检测,针对检测结果间差异性进行分析。结果经过与临床最终诊断结果对比可以发现,彩超技术诊断准确率为87.36%(76/87),而常规CT检测准确率为68.97%(60/87);且在肿瘤分期诊断上,彩超技术诊断准确率同样高于常规CT诊断技术,P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义。结论针对妇科盆腔肿瘤患者采用彩超技术进行诊断,可有效提升临床针对该部分患者的诊断效率,能帮助患者尽快确诊并给予针对性治疗。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological pelvic tumors. Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017, 87 cases of patients with gynecological pelvic tumors were selected, and were given color Doppler ultrasound and conventional CT, respectively, for the differences between the results of analysis. Results Compared with the final clinical diagnosis results, the accuracy rate of ultrasound diagnosis was 87.36%(76/87) technology, while conventional CT detection accuracy rate was 68.97%(60/87); and in the diagnosis and staging of the tumor, ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate is also higher than that of the conventional technology of CT diagnostic technology,P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion The use of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological pelvic tumors, can effectively improve the clinical diagnosis of this part of the patient's efficiency, can help patients diagnosed as soon as possible and give targeted treatment.
