探讨西药房调剂质量对临床疗效的影响

To Explore the Effect of the Prescription Quality on the Clinical Curative Effect of the West Pharmacy

目的分析研讨西药房调剂质量对临床疗效的影响。方法总结我院西药房2011年3月至2013年2月期间调剂工作所具有的问题,此阶段划分为对照组,分析并提出相应防范措施,并在2013年5月至2015年8月期间西药房中实施,此阶段划分为研究组,将实施后药房调剂工作中发生问题和实施相应防范措施之前进行对比分析。结果从两阶段不良反应发生率、药物质量问题、漏药、发药交代不清方面来看,研究组各项数据均低于对照组。(P<0.05)。结论加强西药房调剂质量对临床疗效有较大影响,可降低出现不良反应可能性,确保安全用药,临床推广价值较大。

Objective To analyze the influence of the prescription quality in the West pharmacy on the clinical effect. Methods The hospital pharmacy to March 2011 to February 2013 dispensing work has concluded, the stage division for the control group, analysis and corresponding preventive measures were put forward, and the implementation of the western medicine may 2013 to August 2015 housing. This stage is divided into the study group, will be implemented after the pharmacy dispensing work problems and the implementation of the corresponding preventive measures before were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of adverse reactions, drug quality problems, drug leakage, and drug delivery were not clear, the data of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion It is possible to reduce the possibility of adverse reactions, ensure the safety of drug use, and the value of clinical promotion.
