放射性碘125粒子植入联合高频热疗治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效观察

Short term Efficacy of Radioactive Iodine 125 Particle Implantation Combined with Hyperthermia in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的观察分析放射性碘125粒子植入联合高频热疗治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效。方法将我院在2013年6月至2015年5月收治的80例晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组采用放射性碘125粒子植入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加采用高频热疗治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果通过治疗观察组各项指标明显高于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论放射性碘125粒子植入联合高频热疗治疗晚期肺癌的近期疗效显著,在临床上值得推广及应用。

Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of radioactive iodine 125 particle implantation combined with highfrequency hyperthermia in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods In our hospital 80 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer from June 2013 to May 2015 as the object of study, divided into control group of 40 cases and 40 cases in the observation group randomly, the control group using radioactive iodine 125 implantation for treatment, observation group in the control group based on the treatment of increasing production by high frequency hyperthermia, compared between the two groups the treatment effect through the treatment. Results The indicators of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05); Conclusion The recent curative effect of radioactive iodine 125 brachytherapy combined with high-frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of advanced lung cancer significantly, worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
