探究米非司酮联合米索前列醇清宫术治疗胚胎停止发育的出血量及术后并发症的临床疗效

To Explore the Clinical Efficacy of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Bleeding and the Incidence of Postoperative Complications

目的探究米非司酮联合米索前列醇清宫术治疗胚胎停止发育的出血量及术后并发症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年6月-2016年8月收治的64例胚胎停止发育患者,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用米索前列醇配合清宫术治疗,观察组患者则采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇清宫术治疗。对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、胚胎自然排出率以及一次清宫成功率;并将两组患者并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组患者手术时间更短、术中出血量更少、胚胎自然排出率和一次清宫成功率更高,与对照组患者相比,差异显著(P<0.05);虽然观察组患者并发症发生率略低于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇清宫术治疗胚胎停止发育的效果较好,可明显减少患者出血量,且并发症较少,安全性较高,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of the bleeding volume and postoperative complications of embryo stop development. Methods 64 Cases of patients from June 2016 to August 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with misoprostol and curettage treatment, observation group were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol and curettage for treatment. Comparison of two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, the rate of embryonic effluence and a palace success rate; and the two groups of patients with complications are compared. Results The observation group of patients with operation time shorter, less intraoperative bleeding, the rate of embryonic effluence and a palace of a higher success rate, compared with the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05); although the complication rate in the observation group were slightly lower than that of control group, but the difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05) Conclusion Mifepristone Combined with misoprostol and curettage for the treatment of embryonic arrest effect is good, can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding, less complications and high safety, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
