浅谈中西医结合治疗老年冠心病合并肺心病的临床治疗体会

Clinical Experience of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的浅谈中西医结合治疗老年冠心病合并肺心病的临床治疗体会。方法对2016年1月至2017年1月在我院治疗的76例老年冠心病合并肺心病患者进行讨论,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。其中对照组患者实施常规基础治疗模式;治疗组在采用常规基础模式的同时,根据患者的实际病情采取适当的中医治疗;比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的总有效例数为35例,总有效率为92.11%;对照组患者的总有效例数为28例,总有效率为73.68%;治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,组间存在明显差异,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年冠心病合并肺心病患者,可采用中西医结合的治疗方式,对提高患者疗效有重要意义。

Objective To discuss the clinical experience of the treatment of senile coronary heart disease combined with pulmonary heart disease with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods The patients in the control group were treated with conventional basic treatment mode, while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to the actual condition of the patients, and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total number of valid cases of patients in the treatment group for 35 cases, the total efficiency of 92.11%; control the number of the total effective cases were 28 cases, the total effective rate was 73.68%; the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group, there are obvious differences between the groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion For the elderly patients with coronary heart disease combined with pulmonary heart disease, the combination of TCM and Western medicine can be used to improve the curative effect of patients with pulmonary heart disease.
