观察肾炎康复片联合依那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效

Objective To Observe the Clinical Effect of Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets Combined with Enalapril in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探索针对慢性肾小球肾炎患者采用肾炎康复片与依那普利联合用药方案治疗的疗效。方法收集本科室接收的患慢性肾小球肾炎的60例患者,随机分成两组:参考组30例,给予丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液与依那普利联合用药方案治疗;实验组30例,给予肾炎康复片与依那普利联合用药方案治疗。治疗完毕后评估及比较2组患者的临床疗效,且观察治疗前与治疗后两组患者的24h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮及血肌酐等相关实验室指标水平变化情况。结果实验组的总有效率较参考组患者显著更高(P<0.05);实验组治疗后的24h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮及血肌酐水平均较治疗前及参考组显著更低(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未出现影响治疗的严重不良反应。结论慢性肾小球肾炎患者采用肾炎康复片与依那普利联合用药方案治疗效果显著,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the curative effect on patients with chronic glomerulonephritis with Shenyankangfu Tablet and enalapril treatment. Methods 60 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis were collected from patients receiving department, were randomly divided into two groups: In the reference group, 30 cases were treated with tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate injection combined with enalapril; experiment group of 30 cases, given the nephritis rehabilitation tablets combined with enalapril treatment. After treatment evaluation and clinical efficacy in the 2 groups, and were observed before treatment, 24 h urinary protein of two groups of patients after treatment, blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine and other related laboratory index changes. Results the total effective rate of experiment compared with the reference group of patients was significantly higher(P<0.05); 24 h urine protein in experimental group after treatment, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were observed before the treatment and reference group Significantly lower(P<0.05). Two groups of patients during treatment and there were no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion the effect of treatment in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis with Shenyankangfu Tablet and enalapril treatment effect is significant, worthy of clinical reference.
