观察阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压患者动脉硬化的临床效果及特点

Objective To Observe the Clinical Efficacy and Characteristics of Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Arteriosclerosis in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的对阿托伐他汀治疗老年高血压患者动脉硬化的临床效果及特点进行观察分析。方法回顾性分析本院2015年6月-2016年6月期间收治的160例高血压动脉硬化患者的临床资料,并随机分为观察组和对照组,采用常规治疗的80例患者分为对照组,采用常规治疗加以阿托伐他汀治疗的80例患者分为观察组,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗后观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05),血压改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗高血压动脉硬化采用阿托伐他汀效果显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,改善血压情况,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of arteriosclerosis in elder patients with hypertension. Methods a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 160 cases of hypertensive arteriosclerosis patients admitted to our hospital during June 2015-2016 during June, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 80 cases of conventional treatment of patients for the control group, 80 cases were treated with routine therapy of atorvastatin treatment were divided into observation group, compared the treatment effect of two groups. Results After the treatment, the patients in the observation group the total efficiency is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), the improvement of blood pressure was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: the clinical treatment of hypertensive arteriosclerosis with atorvastatin has significant effect, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve blood pressure, with a high clinical value.
