手术切除乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果观察

目的了解乳腺纤维瘤患者临床常用外科手术治疗选择及其应用价值。方法收治确诊乳腺纤维瘤患者100例,所有患者均用外科手术切除治疗,根据具体方案将其每组50例分为A组和B组。对不同切除手术相关临床指标及安全性进行记录对比。结果在B组患者中切口到病灶远端距离在8厘米以内与超过8厘米患者在手术时间指标方面统计学软件处理提示有意义,P<0.05;所有患者手术过程和术后随访期间均无出现如积液、瘀斑等相关并发症。结论手术切除方式对乳腺纤维瘤疾病治疗能够取得令人满意的效果,无论经腋前线单切口腔镜辅助乳腺手术或者常规治疗都具备较高的可行性和安全性,如患者存在乳房外侧象限病灶情况的选择经腋前线单切口腔镜辅助乳腺手术方案对预后更有保障,值得临床推广。
