老年癫痫患者的临床特征及其治疗效果观察

目的分析研讨老年癫痫患者的临床特征,并观察其临床效果。方法此研究为回顾性研究,采用随机抽签方式,从我院2016年1月至2017年1月期间收治的老年癫痫患者中,抽取460例患者纳入到讨论中,回顾分析其病历记录资料,医护工作人员按照其病情发展和身体状况,分别给予相应治疗和护理方式,观察其临床症状,以及疾病改善状况,并将结果进行分析,进而得出相应结论。结果参与到研究中的460例老年癫痫疾病者,因脑卒中出现癫痫疾病者共278例,占比为60.43%。其余182例则为早发性癫痫,占比为39.57%。另外,各患者在癫痫疾病发作时,其症状均有所不同,共158例患者全身肌肉强直,占比为34.35%,302例阵挛性癫痫,占比为65.65%。各医护工作人员按照我国脑血管疾病防治相应标准进行研究发现发病形式为:460例老年癫痫疾病者中,单纯部分性癫痫发作共149例,占比为32.39%,37例患者部分性癫痫发作,此后继发全身性癫痫疾病,占比为8.04%。复杂性癫痫疾病者共50例,占比为10.87%,张力性癫痫共42例,占比为9.13%,全身强直阵挛癫痫共182例,占比为39.57%。结论老年癫痫疾病者常常因相应诱发因素的影响,造成癫痫发作,所以,平日需做好相应防护性治疗,将癫痫发作次数降到最低,且各医护人员得知患者癫痫发作时,需及时给予有效抢救,可用药物控制患者疾病。
