泻白散合清燥救肺汤加味治疗支气管扩张症临床观察

With Xiebai Powder Qingzhaojiufei Decoction Jiawei Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Bronchiectasis

目的观察分析泻白散合清燥救肺汤加味治疗支气管扩张症的临床观察。方法选取本院2015年3月至2016年2月进行治疗的60例支气管扩张症患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者口服左氧氟沙星片治疗,研究组服用泻白散合清燥救肺汤加味治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较,并检测患者血液中的白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞的含量。结果研究组总有效率明显比对照组高,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组血液中白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞的含量明显低于对照组,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管扩张症患者采取泻白散合清燥救肺汤加味治疗效果显著,有效减轻患者症状,值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the combined qingzhaojiufei Xiebai powder Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis patients.Methods Select our hospital March 2015 to February 2016 months in the treatment of 60 cases of bronchiectasis patients as the research object and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each.The control group were treated with levofloxacin tablets in the treatment of,the research group taking Xiebai powder together to save Qingzao lung decoction,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients were compared and the content in the blood of patients with white blood cells,lymphocytes,neutrophils cells detected.Results In the study group,the total efficiency obviously than that of the control group,and the result is statistically significant(P<0.05);study group in blood leukocyte,lymphocyte,neutrophil cells were significantly lower than the control group.The results with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The bronchial expansion patients take Xiebai powder synthetic Qingzao save lung decoction'in the treatment of significant effect,effectively alleviate the symptoms of the patients and is worthy to be popularized.
