手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗三踝骨折的疗效观察

Clinical observation of three Cases of Ankle Fracture Treated with Manipulative Reduction and Splint Fixation Combined with External Application of Heshi Chinese Medicine

目的评价手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药在三踝骨折中的应用价值。方法取我院2016年1月份到2017年1月份收治的60例三踝骨折患者为研究对象。分成两组,30例患者采用手法复位小夹板固定治疗,设为对照组;30例患者采用手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗,设为实验组。全程关注患者的治疗进展,并比较两组患者的临床疗效以及骨折愈合时间。结果实验组的优良率较高,与对照组数据比较差异明显,证实存在统计学意义,P<0.05;实验组的愈合时间较短,与对照组数据比较差异明显,证实存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对三踝骨折患者应用手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗,能够有效改善促进患者骨折的愈合,且疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the application value of the traditional Heshi Chinese medicine in the fracture of three ankles with the combination of a small splint. Methods 60 cases of tri-ankle fracture in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were studied. They were divided into two groups and 30 patients were treated with a small splint. 30 patients were treated with the combination of a small splint in the form of a small splint. The whole process was focused on the patient's treatment, and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the time of the fracture. Results The optimum ratio of the experimental group was higher, and the comparison with the control group was statistically significant, which confirmed the statistical significance,P<0.05. The experimental group had shorter healing time, compared with the control data, which showed statistical significance,P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with fracture of three ankle application manual reduction small splint fixation combined with external ho m Heshi Chinese medicine treatment, can improve effectively promote the healing of patients with fracture, and the curative effect is distinct.
