摘要
目的了解我校护理本科生对真人真做操作项目的接受度及影响接受度的原因,以期能够为实验教学更好地开展提供参考。方法选取我校2015级253名全日制护理本科生为研究对象,采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方法进行调查。结果护生接受度较高的真人真做操作项目为:皮内注射(65.18%)和静脉输液(58.70%),原因主要为认为真人真做练习有利于锻炼实践操作能力;护生接受度相对较低的真人真做操作项目为口腔护理(33.60%)和肌内注射(26.32%),主要原因为担心操作环境是否洁净,所使用物是否在有效期内。结论为提高我校护理本科生对真人真做这种教学/练习方法的接受度,实验室要对环境、用物进行严格把控,保证质量安全;教师应全程参与真人真做过程,监督并检查护生操作相关的理论知识和技能的掌握情况;护生要有扎实的理论知识和技能操作基础,严格无菌观念,掌握无菌操作技术,从而使真人真做成为更有效的实验教学和实验学习的方法。
Objective To find out the reasons for the acceptance of the real action items and the influence of the acceptance degree of nursing undergraduates in our college, so as to provide reference for the better development of the experimental teaching. Methods 253 full-time nursing undergraduates of grade 2015 and grade 4 were selected as the research subjects, and questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate. Results Nursing students to accept a higher degree of real operation project: intradermal injection(65.18%) and intravenous infusion(58.70%). the main reason is that the real practice is conducive to exercise practice ability; nursing students accept the relatively low degree of the real operation project for oral care(33.60 %) and intramuscular injection(26.32 %), the main reason for worry about whether the use of clean operating environment, whether in the period of validity. Conclusion To improve nursing students in our school really do accept this teaching/practice methods of reality, laboratory of environment, materials are strictly controlled to ensure quality and safety; teachers should participate in the real process, supervision and inspection of nursing students to grasp the situation related to the operation of the theoretical knowledge and skills; nursing students have a solid theoretical knowledge and skills based, strict aseptic concept, master of aseptic technique, so that the reality really do become more effective method of experiment teaching and learning.
