经直肠超声引导自动活检枪前列腺穿刺在诊断早期前列腺癌方面的意义

The Significance of Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Automatic Biopsy Gun and Prostate Biopsy in the Diagnosis of Early Prostate Cancer

目的分析经直肠超声引导自动活检枪前列腺穿刺在诊断早期前列腺癌方面的效果和临床使用价值。方法收集我院疑似为前列腺癌患者100例。分别对其实施经直肠超声引导自动活检枪前列腺穿刺检查以及常规影像学检查,以术中病理活检作为标准,分析两种方法的诊断效果。结果术中病理活检以及随访后显示,本文中100例患者中前列腺癌32例、前列腺增生48例、前列腺炎20例。经直肠超声引导自动活检枪前列腺穿刺活检检出前列腺癌32例、前列腺增生48例、前列腺炎20例,诊断准确率100%。影像学检查结果为前列腺癌25例、前列腺增生55例、前列腺炎20例,诊断准确率86%。穿刺活检检查准确率明显高于影像学诊断,差异显著。而穿刺活检出现的并发症为尿道出血1例、血便2例,并发症发生率3%,影像学检查并发症发生率0%,并发症发生率差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论在对早期前列腺癌患者实施临床诊断时,使用经直肠超声引导自动活检枪前列腺穿刺可明显提升诊断效果,同时其安全性也较高,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect and clinical value of transrectal ultrasound guided automatic biopsy gun prostate biopsy in the diagnosis of early prostate cancer. Methods 100 Cases of suspected prostate cancer were collected in our hospital. The transrectal ultrasonography guided automatic biopsy gun, prostatic puncture examination and routine imaging examination were performed respectively. The intraoperative pathological biopsy was used as the gold standard, and the diagnostic effects of the two methods were analyzed. Results Intraoperative biopsy and follow-up showed that 100 cases of prostate cancer, 48 cases of prostatic hyperplasia, 32 cases of prostate cancer, 48 cases of prostatic hyperplasia and 20 cases of prostatitis were diagnosed by transrectal ultrasound guided automatic biopsy gun and prostate biopsy. The accuracy of diagnosis was 100 %. The imaging findings included 25 cases of prostate cancer, 55 cases of prostatic hyperplasia, and 20 cases of prostatitis. The accuracy of diagnosis was 86 %. The accuracy of needle biopsy was higher than that of imaging diagnosis, and the difference was significant. The biopsy complication was 2 cases, 1 cases of urethral bleeding, the incidence of complications was 3 %, imaging the incidence of complications was 0 %, the complication rate was not significantly different(P>0.05). Conclusion In the early stage prostate cancer patients with clinical diagnosis, using transrectal ultrasound guided automatic biopsy gun biopsy can significantly enhance the effect of diagnosis, and the safety is high, is worth popularizing.
