探讨ICU患者院内真菌性败血症的发生特点及其防治策略

摘要 目的针对ICU患者院内真菌性败血症的发生特点以及对应防治对策进行分析。方法对本院在2016年1月-2017年4月ICU病房内出现真菌性败血症的12例患者的各方面资料加以分析,针对其病发特点进行综合,并对针对性防治对策加以探索。结果结合对本组患者血液培养发现,共存在有15株菌株,其中以念珠菌为主(8株),且诱发该症因素存在于多个方面,以中心静脉置管而诱发感染为主,在针对性治疗下,无患者死亡。结论真菌性败血症为ICU较为严重的病症,存在一定致死率,在实际治疗过程中,需要对其加以重视,并采用有效的防治对策,实现对该症病发率的有效控制。 Objective To analyze the characteristics and Countermeasures of nosocomial fungal septicemia in ICU patients. Methods The data of 12 patients with fungal septicemia in ICU ward from January 2016 to April 2017 were analyzed, and for the targeted countermeasures to explore. Results The combination of blood culture found in this group of patients, there were 15 strains, among them, Candida dominated(8 strains), and the disease induced factors exist in many aspects, with central venous catheter induced infection mainly in targeted therapy, there were no deaths. Conclusion Fungal septicemia is ICU serious illness, there are certain death rate in the actual course of treatment, need to pay attention to it, and take effective preventive measures, effectively control the incidence of the disease.
