分析小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Analysis of Small Incision Fenestration Cord Clinical Curative Effect of Discectomy for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析小切口开窗式髓核摘除术对于治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将我院从2014年2月至2015年9月收治的84例腰椎间盘突出症的患者选取为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组均42例。对照组的患者进行常规的手术治疗,观察组患者应用小切口开窗式髓核摘除术进行治疗。统计两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口大小和恢复时间,将数据整理对比。结果观察组患者在手术切口大小、术中出血量以及手术时间和术后恢复时间方面均优于对照组患者,比较结果差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用小切口开窗式髓核摘除术治疗演椎间盘突出,比常规手术治疗的效果更好,其手术切口、手术效果都更理想,值得在临床治疗中推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision fenestration in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From February 2014 to September 2015, 84 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the subjects in our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery, and the patients in the observation group were treated with small incision fenestration. The operation time, blood loss, incision size and recovery time of the two groups were counted and compared. Results The patients in the observation group were better than the control group in the size of the incision, the amount of bleeding and the operation time and postoperative recovery time, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of small incision fenestration for treatment of lumbar disc herniation performed better than conventional surgical treatment, the effect of the surgical incision, the operation effect is more ideal, is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment and application.
