分析胎膜早破型先兆早产患者应用利托君治疗的临床效果

Analysis of Premature Rupture of the Clinical Effect of Ritodrine in Treatment of Patients with Threatened Preterm Labor

目的研讨胎膜早破(PROM)型先兆早产患者应用利托君治疗的临床价值。方法根据随机自愿原则将本医院妇产科30例符合标准的PROM型先兆早产患者归入两组试验,Ⅰ组15例接受硫酸镁治疗,Ⅱ组15例接受利托君治疗,对比分析两组的宫缩抑制时间、孕期时间、新生儿体重及不良反应。结果与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ组的宫缩抑制时间显著缩短,孕期时间显著延长,新生儿体重显著增加,不良反应发生率显著下降,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对PROM型先兆早产患者实施利托君治疗,可明显延长患者孕期,安全抑制宫缩,同时对增加新生儿体重也具有一定效果,值得加强推广。

Objective To study the premature rupture of membranes(PROM) clinical value of threatened preterm patients with ritodrine treatment. Methods according to the random principle of voluntary hospital of Obstetrics and gynecology of the 30 cases in PROM patients with threatened preterm labor in accordance with the standards of the two groups of test group of Ⅰ 15 patients received Ma gnesium Sulfate treatment, group II 15 cases received ritodrine hydrochloride and analysis of inhibition time durin g pre gnancy, and neonatal birth wei ght and adverse reactions of two groups of uterine contrast. Results Compared with group I, the contraction inhibition time of group II was significantly shortened, the gestational time was significantly prolonged, the weight of the newborns increased significantly, the incidence of adverse reactions decreased significantly, compared with the difference(P<0.05). Conclusionthe implementation of ritodrine in treatment of PROM patients with threatened preterm labor, can significantly prolong patient safety during pregnancy, inhibition of uterine contractions, but also has a certain effect on the increase of the weight of the newborn, is worth promoting.
