子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Uterine Band Suture in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section

目的探讨分析子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法本研究内所讨论的88例患者均随机选取于2014年3月至2015年8月期间我院收治的剖宫产产后出血患者中,将所选88例患者随机分两组讨论,对照组44例,研究组44例,对照组接受子宫内纱条填塞方式,研究组接受子宫背带式缝合治疗,将两组治疗状况进行对比讨论。结果并发症总发生率,研究组9.09%比对照组25%明显要低,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量和分娩时间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗剖宫产产后出血状况上可考虑给予子宫背带式缝合术治疗,此方式效果突出,降低了出血量和并发症,缩短手术时间,推广应用价值较大。

Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of uterine band suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Methods The 88 patients discussed in this study were randomly selected from March 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital for cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage patients, The control group of 44 cases, the study group of 44 cases, the control group received intrauterine gauze tape filling method, the study group underwent uterine band suture treatment, the two groups of treatment were discussed. Results The total incidence of complications was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(25%), and there was statistical significance between the 9.09% groups(P<0.05). The amount of bleeding and the time of delivery in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section in consideration can be given to strap uterine suture treatment, reduce the amount of bleeding and complications, shorten the operation time, the popularization and application of great value.
