大面积脑梗塞不同阶段头颅CT的影像特点

摘要 目的探讨分析大面积脑梗塞不同阶段头颅CT的影像特点。方法于本院2016年1月至2017年1月期间收治的大面积脑梗塞患者中随机抽选50例进行观察,在患者治疗1天、1周及1个月后给予头颅CT检查,研究分析不同阶段头颅CT的影像特点。结果 50例患者在1天后的检查结果中显示,出现低密度征象6例(12.00%),高密度征象5例(10.00%),中线偏移5例(10.00%),脑水肿征象11例(22.00%),在1周后的检查结果显示,出现低密度征象41例(82.00%),高密度征象3例(6.00%),中线偏移12例(24.00%),脑水肿征象38例(76.00%),经1个月治疗后检查显示,患者临床症状得到明显的改善,出现低密度病灶改变,各体征显著好转。结论大面积脑梗塞在不同的阶段实施头颅CT其影响特点也不同,因而诊断大面积脑梗塞采用CT诊断能够为疾病的治疗提供有利依据,以提高治疗效果,促进患者更好的恢复,利于预后,其具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the imaging features of cranial CT in different stages of large cerebral infarction. MethodsCerebral infarction patients in treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected 50 cases were observed in 1 day, 1 week and 1 month after treatment in patients with head CT examination, analysis of imaging features of different stages of skull CT. Results 50 Patients in 1 day after the examination results showed that 6 cases were of low density(12 %), 5 cases of high density sign(10 %), 5 cases of midline shift(10 %), cerebral edema symptoms in 11 cases(22 %), in the 1 week after the test results show that the low density signs 41(82 % cases), 3 cases of high density sign(6 %), 12 cases of midline shift(24 %), cerebral edema symptoms in 38 cases(76 %), 1 month after treatment showed that the clinical symptoms of patients improved obviously, changes in low density lesions, the symptoms improved significantly. Conclusion Large area cerebral infarction in different stages of head CT the influence of different characteristics, so the diagnosis of large area cerebral infarction by CT diagnosis can provide a favorable basis for the treatment of diseases, in order to improve the therapeutic effect, promote the patient recover better, conducive to the prognosis, it has high clinical value, worthy of promotion of use.
