品管圈用于手术室优质护理服务中的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Quality Control Circle in High Quality Nursing Service In Operation Room

目的探讨品管圈用于手术室优质护理服务中的临床效果研究。方法抽取2016年3月至2016年8月医院收治的80例手术患者作为研究组,另外回顾2016年前收治80例手术病人作为参考组,参考组采取常规护理,研究组采取品质管理圈优质护理,观察比较临床效果。结果经过观察,研究组远远强于参考组,具有临床对比价值。结论针对手术病人采取品质管理圈优质护理,能够有效提高临床效果,增强护士工作能力,提高护理质量,促进病人康复,具有良好的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of QCC for high quality nursing service in operation room. Methods 80 cases of surgical patients selected from March 2016 to August 2016 admitted to the hospital as the study group, in addition, a total of 80 surgical patients treated as reference group before 2016 were reviewed the reference group take the routine nursing care, the study group used quality management circle of nursing quality, clinical observation results after observation, the study group is far stronger than the reference group, has clinical value. Conclusion For patients to take the quality management circle of high quality nursing care, can effectively improve the clinical effect, enhance nurses work ability, improve the quality of nursing care, promote patient rehabilitation it has good clinical value.
