探讨手术治疗累及后柱的复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析手术治疗累及后柱的复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我科2014年2月至2017年3月所收治的累及后柱的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者40例为研究对象。按照"三柱理论"将40例患者进行分型,根据分型结果采用针对性手术进行治疗。探讨所有患者在手术之后、术后一年时的治疗效果。结果所有患者均在26个月内接受随访,平均随访时间(12.4±1.2)个月。平均骨折愈合时间为(12.4±1.2)周。所有患者术后以及术后一年时的胫骨平台内翻角、后倾角无明显差异,差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后1年时膝关节平均活动度为(121.1±6.1)°。结论手术治疗累及后柱的复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment of complicated tibial plateau fractures involving posterior column. Methods 40 cases of complicated tibial plateau fractures involving posterior column were treated in Department of orthopedics of our hospital from February 2014 to March 2017. According to the 'three column theory', 40 patients were classified, and the targeted operation was performed according to the typing results. All patients were treated at after surgery and one year after surgery. Results All patients were followed up within 26 months. The average follow-up time was(12.4±1.2) months. The average fracture healing time was(12.4±1.2) weeks. There were no significant differences in varus angle and tilt angle of tibial plateau between the patients after operation and the year after operation. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The year afteroperation, the average knee mobility was(121.1±6.1) degrees. Conclusion The surgical treatment of complicated tibial plateau fractures involving the posterior column is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
