The Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Plate Osteosynthesis Combined with LC-LCP in the Treatment of Humeral Shaft Fracture

摘要 目的经皮微创接骨板内固定术结合LC-LCP治疗肱骨干骨折的效果观察。方法回顾性分析我院在2014-2016年进行经皮微创接骨板内固定术结合LC-LCP治疗的60例肱骨干骨折患者,使用Neer评分标准对患者治疗前后肩肘关节功能进行评分,以此来对MIPPO结合LC-LCP治疗肱骨干骨折的效果进行分析。结果随访过程中,患者伤肢肩肘关节功能恢复情况也较为良好,Neer肩肘关节功能治疗前评分为(59.23±1.04),治疗后评分为(84.58±2.32),其中,优27例,良26例,可5例,差2例,优良率一共为88.33%,治疗前后Neer肩肘关节功能评分数据差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮微创接骨板内固定术结合LC-LCP治疗肱骨干骨折的效果显著,能够有效地促进患者伤肢肩肘关节功能恢复,值得推广使用。 Objective To observe the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with LC-LCP in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation combined with LC-LCP in the treatment of 60 cases of humeral shaft fractures in patients with 2014 to 2016 of shoulder and elbow joint function of patients before and after treatment were scored using the Neer standard for evaluation, analysis to MIPPO combined with LC-LCP in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture effect. Results During the follow-up, patients with limb shoulder and elbow joint function recovery is relatively good, Neer shoulder and elbow function score before treatment was(59.23±1.04), after treatment the score was(84.58±2.32), among them, 27 cases were excellent, good in 26 cases, 5 cases, poor in 2 cases, the excellent and good rate a total of 88.33 %, Neer of shoulder and elbow function score data difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionMinimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with LC-LCP is effective in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures, and can effectively promote the recovery of shoulder and elbow joint function in injured limbs. It is worth popularizing.
