脑出血后认知障碍与中风中医辨证分型的关系探讨

目的探究脑出血后认知障碍和中风中医辨证分型之间的关系。方法择取2014年11月到2016年11月期间于笔者医院就诊的40例脑出血后认知障碍患者与40例脑出血后无认知障碍患者,分别设为研究组、对照组。为两组患者使用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)进行检测并进行中医辨证分型,分析认知障碍与中医辨证分型之间的存在的联系。结果就MMSE评分而言,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。就中医辨证分型的分布而言,研究组在风痰瘀血闭阻脉络型、痰湿蒙塞心神型、痰热腑实风痰上扰型这三种上具有比对照组更高的分布率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风痰瘀血闭阻脉络型、痰湿蒙塞心神型、痰热腑实风痰上扰型易在脑出血后认知障碍患者中出现,这三种证型与脑出血后认知障碍有着非常密切的联系。

Objective To explore the relationship between cognitive impairment and the differentiation of syndromes in Chinese medicine after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods will pick November 2014 to November 2014 in the hospital during the period of 40 patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral hemorrhage and 40 cases of patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral hemorrhage, as research group and the control group respectively. Easily for the two groups of patients with mental state scale testing and type of traditional Chinese medicine, analysis of cognitive impairment and the presence of the relationship between the type of traditional Chinese medicine. Results In terms of MMSE scores, the group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In terms of traditional Chinese medicine distribution, the team in the wind phlegm blood stasis resistance closed veins, phlegmy wet moncef mind on phlegm, relieving phlegm heat wind disturbance on the type of the three has the distribution rate of higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The wind phlegm blood stasis resistance context, phlegmy wet moncef mind on phlegm, relieving phlegm heat wind interference model is easy to appear in patients with cognitive impairment after cerebral hemorrhage, the three card type has very close connection with cognitive impairment after cerebral hemorrhage.
