“三合一”综合疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of "three in one" Combination Therapy on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的客观评估"三合一"综合疗法在治疗肩关节周围炎疼痛、功能方面的疗效。方法将60例肩周炎病人随机分为两组,一组为"三合一"综合疗法(局部封闭或臂丛麻醉+手法松解+功能锻炼)治疗组,另一组为口服药物(莫比可)对照组,治疗3周后观察两组效果。结果干预后治疗组治愈76.67%,显效16.67%,有效6.67%;对照组治愈13.33%,显效10.00%,有效46.67%,无效30.00%。治疗组明显优于对照组。Neer肩关节功能评分、评级及VAS疼痛评分,治疗组干预后效果均明显好于干预前(P<0.001),组间比较治疗组效果优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 "三合一"综合疗法疗效显著,疗程短,易于推广,是社区治疗肩周炎的适宜技术。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 'three in one' combination therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder pain and function. Methods 60 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, one group of 'three in one' comprehensive therapy(or partial closure of brachial plexus anesthesia + manipulation and functional exercise therapy group), another group(Mobic) oral drug control group, to observe the effects of two groups after 3 weeks of treatment. Results after treatment, the treatment group was cured 76.67%, effective 16.67%, effective 6.67%, the control group was cured 13.33%, effective 10%, effective 46.67%, invalid 30%. The treatment group was better than the control group. Neer shoulder function score, rating and VAS pain score, the prognosis of the treatment group was significantly better than that before intervention(P<0.001), and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion 'three in one' comprehensive therapy has obvious curative effect, short course of treatment and easy popularization. It is the appropriate technique for treating periarthritis of shoulder in community.
