超声引导经皮穿刺活检诊断乳腺肿瘤的应用价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy in breast cancer

目的探讨超声引导经皮穿刺活检诊断乳腺肿瘤的应用价值。方法选取2014年12月至2016年12月在该院住院治疗的100例患有乳腺肿瘤的患者,其中乳腺癌组60例,良性肿瘤组40例。两组均进行超声引导下经皮穿刺活检诊断,并于术后病理结果做对比。结果两组二维声像图、血流阻力、血流速度指数相比,差异显著(P<0.05);超声引导穿刺诊断结果,准确率为98.00%(98/1000)。结论超声引导下穿刺活检术诊断乳腺肿瘤与术后病理检测结果具有较高一致性,且彩超能够直观评价肿瘤形态及血流信号,说明超声引导经皮穿刺活检诊断良恶性乳腺肿瘤应用价值较高,值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous biopsy in breast cancer. Methods From December 2014 to December-2016, 100 patients with breast cancer were treated in this hospital, including 60 cases of breast cancer and 40 cases of benign tumor. The two groups were guided by ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy, and the pathological results were compared. Results Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound, blood flow resistance and blood velocity index, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The accuracy rate of ultrasound guided puncture diagnosis was 98%(98/1000). Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy in diagnosis of breast cancer and postoperative pathological examination results have high consistency, and color Doppler ultrasound can directly evaluate tumor morphology and blood flow signals that ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumor high application value, worthy of clinical application.
