面部烧伤整形中采用VSD技术治疗的疗效观察

Clinical Effects of Using VSD Technique in Facial Burn Treatment

目的分析研讨面部烧伤整形中采用VSD技术治疗的临床疗效。方法此研究中所研讨的64例患者均随机从2012年1月至2015年12月期间所收治的面部烧伤整形患者中挑选而出,64例患者依据随机法分两组研讨,32例对照组,32例研究组,对照组接受常规性手术治疗,研究组接受VSD技术治疗,对比两组治疗状况。结果研究组植皮成活率90.63%比对照组78.13%明显要高,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从两组患者治疗中创面愈合时间、住院费用、住院时间上来看,研究组均低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床在治疗面部烧伤整形时可给予VSD技术进行治疗,疗效突出,能够显著缩短患者住院时间、创面愈合时间等,提升植皮成功率,也能有效减轻患者经济负担,推广应用价值较大。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of VSD technique in the treatment of facial burn. Methods In this study,64 cases of patients in this study that suffered facial burn during the period from January 2012 to December 2015 were picked out, 64 cases of patients divided into two groups randomly, the result of treatment were comparative studied. Results The survival rate of skin grafting in experimental group is 90.63%,that significantly higher than control group of 78.13%. There is statistically difference between two groups(P<0.05). Compared the two groups in the healing time, hospitalization expenses, length of stay, the experimental group were lower than the control group, the data between the groups has statistically difference(P<0.05). Conclusion VSD treatment is a good method that using into treatment of facial burn which is effective. It favors shorten the patient hospitalization time, wound healing time, and improve the success rate of skin grafting. It is worth applying and disseminate
