基层医院应用中西医结合治疗重度宫颈糜烂的效果

Effect of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Severe Cervical Erosion in the Primary Hospital

目的分析中西医结合治疗重度宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法将本院在2014年7月-2016年7月收治的重度宫颈糜烂患者共计60例作为研究对象。应用中西医结合疗法对患者进行治疗,判定患者的治疗效果。结果在接受中西医结合治疗后,绝大部分的重度宫颈糜烂患者得到了满意的治疗效果。患者的痊愈率为83.3%,患者的总有效率为96.7%。60例患者中2例患者因治疗无效转为手术治疗,没有发生任何的毒副作用和与药物有关的副作用。结论在重度宫颈糜烂治疗中应用中西医结合疗法,能够取得很好的效果,值得在基层医院推广应用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe cervical erosion admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were regarded as object of study. The patients were treated with combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine, and the curative effect of the patients was determined. Results After accepting the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the majority of patients with severe cervical erosion had been satisfied with the treatment effect. The cure rate of the patients was 83.3%, and the total effective rate was 96.7%. Among the 60 patients, 2 patients were converted to surgical treatment after treatment failed. No adverse effects or side effects associated with the drug were observed. Conclusion In the treatment of severe cervical erosion, the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can achieve good results. It is worth popularizing in the primary hospital.
