地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果 被引量:1

The Effect of Terrestrial Insulin Combined with Repaglinide on Senile Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探究地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果。方法随机抽取2015年12月至2016年12月我院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者93例,分为病例组(n=46)和对照组(n=47)。对照组患者进行瑞格列奈治疗,病例组患者在对照组患者的基础上进行地特胰岛素联合治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、血糖情况(FPG、2h PG、Hb A1c)以及不良反应发生率。结果相对于对照组患者的治疗效果、血糖情况,病例组患者的较优,具备一定的统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于对照组患者的不良反应发生率(19.1%),病例组患者的(4.3%)较低,具备一定的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地特胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病取得了显著的临床疗效,患者的血糖情况趋于稳定,不良反应发生率极低,值得借鉴和推广。 Objective To explore the effect of terrestrial insulin combined with repaglinide on senile type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 93 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected, they were divided into case group(n=46) and control group(n=47). The control group was treated with repaglinide treatment,on the based on the control group,the case group was given insulin detemir combined treatment. The treatment effect, blood glucose level(FPG, 2h PG, Hb A1c) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment effect, blood glucose, the patients in the case group were better, have certain statistical significance(P<0.05); compared with the incidence of adverse reactions(19.1%) in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the case group(4.3%)was lower, have certain statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin detemir combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and achieved significant clinical curative effect, the patient's blood glucose tends to be stable, the incidence of adverse reactions is very low, it is worth learning and promotion.
