椎管减压术治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Spinal Canal Decompression in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨椎管减压术治疗腰间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法选取我院从2014年1月至2015年6月收治的50例腰间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采取随机分配的原则将其分成观察组和对照组,每组均有25例患者。对照组采用常规的治疗方法;观察组使用椎管加压的手术方法给予治疗,对手术的效果进行对比。结果两组患者经过治疗后,病症均有一定程度的改善,我们在术后一个月进行了随访调查,在术后三个月进行了最后一次随访调查,同手术前的ODI数据进行了对比,发现观察组患者使用椎管减压术进行之后,效果良好,对患者的临床症状改善程度高于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过椎管减压术对腰间盘突出症的患者进行治疗,手术改善效果明显,安全性稳定,且复发率也相对较低。

Objective To evaluate the effect of decompression of vertebral canal in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 50 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the object of study. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random allocation principle, each group had 25 patients. The control group was treated with conventional treatment. The observation group was treated with the operation of spinal canal compression, and the effect of operation was compared. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, symptoms were improved to a certain extent, we conducted a follow-up survey one month after surgery, after three months of the last follow-up survey, compared with the ODI data before surgery, observation group patients using spinal reduction after operation of pressure good effect, the clinical symptoms of patients improved significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The spinal canal decompression on lumbar disc herniation were treated, surgery significantly improved safety, stability, and the recurrence rate is relatively low.
