骨盆骨折急诊救治中应用外固定器对救治效果及预后的影响

The Effect of External Fixator in the Treatment of Pelvic Fracture Emergency Treatment

目的分析对骨盆骨折患者实施急诊救治时,应用外固定器的临床疗效。方法收集我院急诊科在1年内收治的骨盆骨折患者50例。将其使用随机方法分为对照组和观察组各25例。两组均需使用常规方法治疗,观察组在此基础上应用外固定器治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,同时观察组并发症率、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论在对骨盆骨折患者实施急诊救治时,通过使用外固定器可明显提升临床疗效和安全性,有着较高使用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of external fixator in the treatment of patients with pelvic fracture. Methods A total of 50 cases of pelvic fractures were collected in our hospital in the past 1 years. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with external fixator. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the complication rate, ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the implementation of emergency treatment for patients with pelvic fractures, the use of external fixator can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and safety, and has high use value.
