早期乳腺癌保乳手术与改良根治术的临床研究

Clinical Study of Breast Conserving Surgery and Modified Radical Mastectomy for Early Breast Cancer

目的评价早期乳腺癌保乳手术以及改良根治术在临床上的应用价值。方法研究对象取68例笔者医院自2012年3月份至2016年5月份收治的早期乳腺癌手术患者,结合手术方式分为对照组(n=34)和实验组(n=34),汇总患者的手术情况,并予以观察。结果实验组的各项观察指标均优于对照组,P<0.05有统计学意义。结论应用保乳手术对早期乳腺癌进行治疗,手术出血量较少,并发症少,且切口小,美观性好,具有与改良根治术相似的生存率、复发率,值得推荐。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in early stage breast cancer. Methods The research object take 68 cases of the hospital since March 2012 to May 2016 were in patients with early stage breast cancer surgery, combined with the operation mode is divided into control group(n = 34) and experimental group(n = 34), summary of the patients, and to be observed. Results Observed of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05 has statistical significance. Conclusion The application of Paul breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer treatment, surgery less bleeding, less complications and small incision, the appearance is good, with and modified radical surgery similar survival rate, recurrence rate, worthy of recommendation.
