Postoperative Nursing Experience of Total Cystectomy and Ureteral Skin Stoma

目的讨论全膀胱切除输尿管皮肤造口术的术后护理。方法回顾性分析实施膀胱全切输尿管皮肤造口术的晚期膀胱癌患者的术后护理资料。结果所有患者术后恢复得较为理想,无死亡病例,虽有1例因新膀胱造瘘口感染而出现发热情况,但经对症处理后恢复正常。结论经过伤口造口专科护士为膀胱全切输尿管皮肤造口患者进行指导和护理,减少了并发症的发生,促进了患者形成良好的心态,提高了患者的生活质量,值得进一步推广。

Objective To discuss the postoperative nursing of total cystectomy and ureteral skin stoma.Methods The postoperative nursing data of patients with advanced bladder cancer undergoing total cystectomy and ureteral skin stoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients recovered well without any death, although 1 case had fever due to new bladder stoma infection, he returned to normal after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The specialist in wound stoma provides guidance and nursing for patients with total cystectomy and ureteral skin stoma, which reduces the incidence of complications, and promotes the formation of a good state of mind in patients, improves the quality of life of patients. This deserves further promotion.
