摘要
目的对于上消化道出血的常见病因进行分析明确,制定合理的护理措施进行干预。方法将本院在2016年5月-2017年5月收治的上消化道出血患者共计100例作为研究对象,分析探讨上消化道出血的常见致病因素,并制定合适的护理措施。结果 (1)临床中致病的最为常见的原因如下:消化道溃疡,胃、十二指肠炎,食管胃底静脉曲张,恶性肿瘤。随着患者年龄的不断升高,在致病因素中消化性溃疡会相应地变少,而恶性肿瘤因素会显著地增多。(2)饮食不当、酗酒、药物使用不佳等是导致上消化道出血发生的常见诱因。结论在实际的临床中要不断地加强对患者的健康宣教工作,对患者实施有效的护理措施,这在一定程度上是能够减少消化道出血的发生的。
Objective To analyze the common causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and formulate reasonable nursing measures for intervention. Methods To select a total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017,they were regarded as the subjects of study. The common pathogenic factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were analyzed and appropriate nursing measures were formulated. Results(1) The most common causes of clinical diseases were gastrointestinal ulcer, stomach and duodenal inflammation, gastroesophageal varices, and malignant tumors. With the patient's age rising, peptic ulcers will decrease in the pathogenic factors, and the number of malignant tumors will increase significantly.(2) Improper diet, excessive drinking and poor use of drugs were the common causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Conclusion In clinical practice, we should constantly strengthen the health education work for patients, and implement effective nursing measures for patients, which to some extent can reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal bleeding.
