生长抑素治疗肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血的疗效研究

Curative Effect Study on Somatostatin in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Varices Bleeding of Liver Cirrhosis

目的分析生长抑素治疗肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血的疗效。方法选择我院自2015年7月至2016年6月期间收治的肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血患者70例,依据患者治疗方法差异性均分两组,每组患者例数各35例。予以垂体后叶治疗的患者作为参照组,予以生长抑素治疗的患者作为研究组,最后对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行统计和分析。结果两组患者经不同方法治疗后,研究组患者临床治疗总有效率同参照组比对明显较高,呕血次数和呕血量的改善情况同参照组比对明显较优,组间数据结果由统计工具进行检验,统计学意义形成,比对两组患者的不良反应发生率,组间未形成统计学意义。结论肝硬化食管胃底曲张静脉出血予以生长抑素治疗,效果理想,不仅可以使患者的症状得以改善,同时可以快速止血,安全性较高,可以在临床上优先选择。

Objective to evaluate curative effect of somatostatin in treatment of gastroesophageal varices bleeding of liver cirrhosis. Methods choose 70 cases gastroesophageal varices bleeding of liver cirrhosis patients treated in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016. According to treatment methods, divide them into two groups, 35 cases in each. Reference group was treated with pituitrin, and study group with somatostatin. Carry on statistical analysis for clinical treatment effect of two groups. Results after clinical treatment with different methods, total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than control group, improvement of number and amount of hematemesis was better than reference group, data between groups detected by statistical tools showed statistical significance, and adverse reactions incidence showed no statistical significance between two groups. Conclusion somatostatin has ideal effect in treatment of gastroesophageal varices bleeding of liver cirrhosis, it can improve patient's symptoms, and stop bleeding quickly with high safety, which can be first priority in clinical practice.
