口腔门诊拔牙患者的护理探析

Nursing Exploration of Tooth Extraction Patients of Dental Clinic

目的探讨口腔门诊拔牙患者的护理方式及效果。方法取2015年1月到2017年1月间本院收治的150例拔牙患者进行研究,根据患者护理方式将患者分为传统组(n=75)和干预组(n=75),对所有传统组患者拔牙中实施传统护理,对所有干预组患者拔牙中实施护理干预,统计分析两组患者的护理满意度及不良反应发生状况。结果干预组患者拔牙满意度评分与传统组相比明显较高,拔牙后不良反应发生率与传统组相比明显较低,P<0.05。结论口腔门诊拔牙患者实施护理干预效果优良。

Objective To investigate nursing method and effect of tooth extraction patients of dental clinic. Methods choose 150 cases tooth extraction patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 for study, according to nursing methods, divide them into traditional group(n=75) and intervention group(n=75). Traditional group was treated with traditional nursing care, and intervention group with nursing intervention. Carry on statistical analysis nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions of two groups. Results tooth extraction satisfaction scores of intervention group were significantly higher than traditional group, adverse reactions incidence after tooth extraction was significantly lower than traditional group, P<0.05. Conclusion nursing intervention for tooth extraction patients in dental clinic has good effects.
