包皮一次性切割缝合器环切术、改良袖套状包皮环切术、传统包皮环切术临床疗效的比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Clinical efficacy of Disposable Circumcision Stapler, Modified Technique of Sleeve Circumcision and Traditional Surgery for Circumcision

目的比较分析传统包皮环切术、改良袖套状包皮环切术、一次性切割缝合器包皮环切术的临床疗效。方法对比分析我院2015年1月至2016年6月收治的分别应用包皮一次性切割缝合器环切术、改良袖套状包皮环切术、传统包皮环切术的患者的术中出血量、手术时间、伤口水肿情况、患者满意度情况以及总体手术费用。结果包皮一次性切割缝合器环切术手术时间明显缩短,同传统包皮环切术比较,术中出血量少,术后水肿消退时间早,但费用较高。改良袖套状包皮环切术患者满意度与一次性切割吻合器包皮环切缝合术一致。结论由于患者的具体情况不同,在对患者进行包皮手术时应合理选择术式,做到具体情况具体分析。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional surgery for circumcision, modified technique of sleeve circumcision and disposable circumcision stapler. Methods The intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, wound edema, patient's degree of satisfaction, and overall surgical costs of patients who were received and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016, who applied respectively disposable circumcision stapler, modified technique of sleeve circumcision and traditional surgery for circumcision, were compared and analyzed. Results The operation time of disposable circumcision stapler was shortened obviously, compared with traditional surgery for circumcision, the amount of bleeding was less and the time of edema subsided was earlier, but the cost was higher. The modified technique of sleeve circumcision and disposable circumcision stapler were consistent in the aspect of patient's degree of satisfaction. Conclusion Because the patient's specific condition is different, when the prepuce operation is carried on, it should select the method of surgery reasonably for patients, in order to make specific analysis of specific circumstances.
