我院临床药师工作模式探讨

Discussion on the Working Mode of Clinical Pharmacists in our Hospital

目的探讨临床药师的工作模式。方法以句容市人民医院临床药师为对象,对照临床药师工作职责,了解其工作现状。结果临床药师通过参与查房,不仅丰富了自己的药学知识,同时也为临床提供了相关的药物信息,向医生提供了合理的用药建议。结论我院临床药师工作模式的不断完善,在一定程度上降低了不合理用药的发生率,但临床药学工作的开展仍面临人力、物资配备不足等问题,有待于进一步解决。

Objective To explore the working pattern of clinical pharmacists. Methods The clinical pharmacists in Jurong people's Hospital were selected as the subjects, the work of clinical pharmacists was compared, and their work status was understood. Results clinical pharmacists participated in the ward rounds, not only enrich their knowledge of pharmacy, but also provide relevant drug information for the clinical, provide reasonable advice for doctors. Conclusion The continuous improvement of the work mode of clinical pharmacists in our hospital has reduced the incidence of irrational use of drugs to a certain extent, but the development of clinical pharmacy still faces the problems of the shortage of manpower and materials and so on, which need further solution.
