摘要
目的冠状动脉支架植入术后患者心脏康复护理的干预效果分析。方法抽取1080例PCI病人进行分析,随机分组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采取针对性护理干预,对比两组的临床效果。结果通过对比,观察组明显强于对照组,差异较大,具有临床对比性。结论针对冠状动脉支架植入术病人实施针对性康复护理,能够有效提高治疗效果,缓解焦虑程度,改善生活质量,具有良好的临床运用价值。
Objective Coronary artery stent implantation in patients with cardiac rehabilitation nursing intervention effect analysis. Methods A total of 1080 cases of PCI patients were randomly divided into control group, routine nursing intervention, the observation group targeted nursing intervention, compared the clinical effects of two groups. Results By comparison, the observation group was significantly stronger than the control group differences with clinical contrast. Conclusion The implementation of the rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing coronary artery stent implantation, can effectively improve the treatment effect, the degree of anxiety, improve the quality of life, has good clinical application value.
